Using emotions
as an engine
and not destructively
Having emotional intelligence promotes relationships with others and with oneself, facilitates learning, problem solving, and contributes to the personal and social well-being of individuals.
The children who attended the Awlad workshop were really lucky.
They discovered the world of emotions. They learned to identify them, to understand their roles in their life, to welcome in their home and in the homes of others and they also learned how to manage them, thanks to a large number of activities and targeted exercises designed for their ages.
It was a real pleasure for me to participate in this workshop which had a very specific objective: that children connect with their emotions and understand that they can handle them to learn and grow.
